The Mad River Mist, the travel division for the Mad River Girls Fastpitch Softball Association, is once again hosting a fall ball fastpitch travel program for youth in the Humboldt County area.

The season will consist of combined practices for the 10u and 12u divisions and for the 14u and 16u divisions. Our preliminary plans are to participate in three tournaments, including the Halloween Bash (Oct 20-21) in Roseville and concluding in mid-November. The next practice for the 10u-12u girls will be held on Wednesday, September 5th, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fireman's Park in Ferndale (located at the end of Main St.). Practice for the 14u-16u divisions will begin Wednesday August 29 @ 5:30 @ Eureka High School.
